HOW LONG CAN YOU STAY?
Our minimum stay is two nights and maximum is a month long program, this allows just about anyone to take time off to enjoy our space.

THE KUNDALINI YOGA CENTER
You’ll find a peaceful retreat from the everyday at our quiet yoga center. A peaceful meditation pagoda is nestled in the midst of a bamboo forest and rock garden surrounded by inspiring sculptures. Breathe deeply in this quiet space as you pass the bubbling fountain and then enter our beautiful 1,000 sqft yoga room. Look carefully at the walls to see the beauty of the hand-painted murals filled with inspiring images and mantras.
All retreats include access to classes and facilities.

Hari Simran Khalsa
Has been teaching Hatha and Kundalini Yoga for over 18 years. She also teaches the Ayurvedic science of health. The yogic teachings are passed down from her teacher, the Master of Kundalini yoga, Yogi Bhajan.
Hari Simran also hosts lifestyle management programs for Women that include Yoga ~ Diet ~ Meditation and emotional and mental balancing. She offers Ayurveda cooking classes, Kundalini,Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Numerology and Ayurveda Teacher Training programs. She has been a E-RYT 500 Teacher Trainer with KRI & Yoga Alliance for 18 years.
